We exist to shatter the double standards of school leadership, amplify the voices of silenced educators and paraprofessionals, and ensure that those who protect and teach our students are never again sacrificed for administrative convenience.

School leadership cannot demand that staff and students tolerate chaotic environments while simultaneously weaponizing formal discipline for petty, personal grievances. We shine a light on the severe disparity in how professional conduct rules are enforced.

Our platform provides a completely secure, anonymous avenue for staff members to submit verified accounts of misconduct, policy double standards, and unprofessional behavior without fear of retaliation.
